Terms of Service — GHL Automation Agency.
By using this website and our GoHighLevel and AI automation services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Our services include the design, setup, automation and support of GoHighLevel systems, as described in the written scope agreed with you before work begins. That written scope, including deliverables, timing and payment terms, forms part of your agreement with us.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, content and approvals reasonably needed for us to deliver the work, and to use the systems we build in line with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platforms involved, including GoHighLevel.
Third-party platforms
We are not affiliated with HighLevel; GoHighLevel is a third-party platform and its own terms apply to its use.
No guarantee of outcomes
While we build and test systems carefully, results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
