General

What is GoHighLevel?

GoHighLevel is an all-in-one platform for managing leads and customers. It combines a CRM (customer relationship management system), sales pipelines, email and SMS marketing, online calendars, funnels and websites, review management and automation in one subscription, replacing several separate tools.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account before contacting you?

No. If you already have one, we work inside it. If you do not, we will recommend the right way to get one for your situation during the consultation, and explain the subscription and usage costs clearly.

What does GoHighLevel itself cost?

GoHighLevel’s subscription pricing is set by HighLevel and can change; agencies reselling SaaS set their own prices. We do not mark up your subscription, and we will walk you through the current options and the usage costs for calls, SMS and email before you commit.

Setup and projects

How long does a setup take?

Scope decides it. A core setup for one business is a focused project; a full build with funnels, campaigns, integrations and training is larger. Your consultation ends with a written scope and a realistic timeline.

Can you migrate us from another CRM?

Yes. We plan migrations carefully – exporting and cleaning your contacts, rebuilding your pipelines and automations in GoHighLevel, and testing before anything switches over, so your team does not lose track of live leads mid-move.

Will my team be trained?

Yes. Every build includes a training session or recorded walkthrough covering the parts your team touches daily. Ongoing support clients can request refreshers for new starters at any time.

What do you need access to?

Your GoHighLevel account (with the right user permissions, never your personal password), your domain settings for email and website configuration, and your branding assets. We will send a short access checklist at the start of your project.

Automation and integrations

What can be automated?

Most repetitive follow-up: instant lead replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote chasing, review requests, reactivation campaigns, internal team notifications, onboarding sequences and data syncing between tools. If a step follows a predictable rule, it is usually a candidate.

What is n8n, and why do you mention it?

n8n is an automation platform that connects software through APIs. GoHighLevel’s built-in workflows cover everyday automation; n8n handles the advanced jobs – syncing specialist software, transforming data, enriching leads and building custom reports. Using both means very little of your process has to stay manual.

Will automations make us sound like robots?

Not if they are built properly. We write messages in your voice, keep them short and human, personalise them with contact details, and stop automated sequences the moment a real conversation starts.

For agencies

How does white-label delivery work?

You sell the project and own the client relationship. We deliver the build under your brand, with documentation in your name. Your clients need never know we exist, and we work under NDA on request.

Can you join client calls?

Yes, if you want us to – introduced as part of your team, under whatever title you prefer. Many agency partners prefer to keep us fully behind the scenes; both models work.

Do you offer agency pricing?

Yes – per-project rates for occasional builds and monthly arrangements for partners with steady volume. Book an agency partner call and we will walk through the model that fits your pipeline.

Support and billing

What happens after launch?

You can manage the system yourself with the training and documentation we provide, or continue on ongoing support – fixes, small builds, campaign help and health checks each month. Many clients start support for the first few months while their team settles in.

How do we pay, and are there contracts?

Projects begin with a deposit, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion, as set out in your written scope. Ongoing support is monthly and rolling unless otherwise agreed. Exact payment methods and contract terms are confirmed in writing before work begins – please book a free consultation to discuss them.
